The Pheasant Hotel in Harome, North Yorkshire, has been awarded a prestigious three rosettes by the AA Restaurant Guide. One of the highlights in the hospitality industry’s calendar, the AA celebrate dining destinations with only the best culinary standards and highest quality ingredients.
The awards ceremony itself, usually a lavish black-tie affair, was this year held virtually. Head Chef and Co-owner of the Pheasant, Peter Neville, tuned into the online awards presentation to discover their award win.
Peter said of the achievement: “We couldn’t be prouder of our fantastic and dedicated Pheasant Team. Also, a big shout out to our fantastic suppliers and of course all our guests! Thank you everyone for your support, particularly over the last few months, we are so grateful, and this award is truly the icing on the cake”.
The hotel’s restaurant is loved by the community for offering the best in local, seasonal dishes with a wonderful lightness of touch, fantastic taste and flavour combinations. The restaurant can add this win to its growing list of awards, having previously won the Welcome to Yorkshire’s White Rose Awards ‘Best Restaurant 2017’.
