Partygoers can enjoy an eight-course menu with champagne as they celebrate the New Year in style at The Foundry in Leeds.
Matt Healy x The Foundry will serve up eight mouth-watering dishes including glass bread with jamon lardo, Jerusalem artichoke, oyster with ramen, cod and bacon dashi, venison and parsnip, lemon sherbet ‘dibdab’, white chocolate with Morello cherry, and Yorkshire Blue with quince.
Guests will also enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival, and can add a carefully selected wine flight.
Meanwhile, The Foundry’s sister venue The Beehive at Thorner – which was recently awarded a five-star food hygiene rating – will serve an American-inspired three-course menu with a glass of champagne on arrival, as well as canapés including smoked cheese hush puppies, boneless confit chicken wings and barbecue prawns.
The main menu includes dishes such as brined barbecue chicken and St Louis treacle-glazed barbecue confit lamb – all served with truffle mac and cheese, jalapeño poppers, collard greens and a tabbouleh-style salad.
For dessert, diners can enjoy peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake served with caramelised bananas.
Matt said: “2019 has been a big year for us, from celebrating The Foundry’s countless awards, including a Michelin Plate, to launching The Beehive and being awarded a five star food hygiene rating.
“There’s been so much to celebrate and we’re looking forward to seeing in the New Year in style.”
