Leeds’ Trinity Kitchen unveils new autumn line-up with Mexican debutant

Trinity Kitchen in Leeds is inviting food lovers to explore its latest street food line-up, welcoming five independent traders serving everything from bao buns and burgers to tacos and Thai fried chicken. Visitors can now enjoy dishes from Ka Bao, Shoot the Bull, Spuds ‘n’ Bros, Tikks Thai Kitchen and El Piloto.

Making its Trinity Kitchen debut, El Piloto brings authentic Mexican street food to Leeds with a menu featuring tacos, quesadillas and loaded fries. Guests can choose from a variety of halal meat fillings, topped with pickled onions, hot sauce, crispy shallots and other fresh accompaniments.

Also joining the line-up is Shoot the Bull, the award-winning Yorkshire-based American steakhouse. Known for its premium burgers, the trader serves wagyu beef patties topped with cheese and fresh salad in toasted buns, alongside gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Fans of Asian street food can enjoy Ka Bao’s popular bao buns and gyozas. Diners can choose from fillings including spicy sriracha chicken, Korean barbecue-inspired flavours and crispy fried tofu, while vegetable gyozas are served with a flavour-packed dipping sauce and fresh garnishes.

Returning favourite Spuds ‘n’ Bros is back with its take on classic Canadian poutine, featuring fries topped with homemade gravy and a choice of extras including chicken, crispy onions and cranberry sauce.

Tikks Thai Kitchen also returns, bringing authentic Thai dishes inspired by family recipes. From fragrant coconut curries to crispy Thai fried chicken, the menu offers a range of traditional flavours.

To accompany the food, Northern Monk’s Trinity Tap will be serving handcrafted beers, premium wines, coffees and alcohol-free drinks. Guests can also enjoy freshly prepared pies and pizza, making it an ideal stop for both a quick lunch and a relaxed meal with friends.

Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “For autumn, we wanted to bring together a mix of comforting dishes while also keeping things light and fresh with options such as bao buns and tacos. We pride ourselves on offering an exciting range of cuisines and bold flavours, creating a place where people can enjoy their favourites or discover something completely new.”

The new street food vendors will be at Trinity Kitchen until Sunday 22 November, alongside permanent operators including Archie’s, Rola Wala, Thatziki and Jerk Junction.
