Dishoom Leeds has introduced two new lunchtime menus following the long-anticipated opening of its first Leeds café earlier this month, offering guests a choice of sharing menus from £15 per person.
Located on Vicar Lane, the restaurant brings the atmosphere and hospitality of Bombay’s historic Irani cafés to the city centre. The new Swift Vitality and Prompt Replenishment menus have been created as sharing experiences for two, providing a convenient lunchtime option for guests looking to enjoy a selection of Dishoom favourites.
Priced at £15 per person, the Swift Vitality menu includes one salad and two grills to share. Highlights include the Chilli Broccoli Salad and Murgh Malai, a dish featuring chicken marinated overnight in garlic, ginger, coriander and cream to create a rich, rounded flavour.
The Prompt Replenishment menu is available for £18 per person and offers a more substantial lunchtime spread. Designed for two to share, it includes one small plate, one grill and one pulao, alongside Dishoom’s House Black Daal, which is slowly cooked for 24 hours to achieve its distinctive depth of flavour.
Available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm, both menus showcase a selection of Bombay-inspired comfort food influenced by the cafés, grills, street stalls and family kitchens of the Indian city.
Dishoom Leeds is open daily, serving its all-day menu alongside a range of popular drinks and several Leeds-exclusive dishes.
Walk-ins are welcome, and advance reservations can be made through the Dishoom website.
