
Grantley Hall in Ripon has unveiled a fresh seasonal chapter at The Orchard, the hotel’s popular indoor-outdoor dining destination, with the launch of The Orchard in Bloom. The new concept celebrates seasonal flavours and the spirit of English spring and summertime.
Designed to evolve in-line with the natural changing seasons, The Orchard will now feature a rotating botanical calendar, inviting guests to experience something new with every visit. Each menu is carefully curated in collaboration with Grantley Hall’s trusted drinks partners and the hotel’s own pastry team, showcasing the finest seasonal produce through limited-edition drinks and desserts.

April’s botanical menu places the spotlight on Yorkshire’s much-loved rhubarb, one of the earliest signs of spring. Created in partnership with Harrogate-based aperitif brand Sommer, the menu features the Ripon Rhubarb Frozen Cocktail, a Rhubarb & Raspberry Negroni, and a Vacherin of Rhubarb, Apple & Lemon Balm.
