
The Ivy Collection today (Wednesday 13th May) unveils The Ivy Edition, an elegant new menu crafted for guests seeking a more elevated and considered dining experience. The menu celebrates exceptional produce, expert technique and a renewed focus on flavour-led cooking.
Priced at £34.95 for two courses or £41.95 for three, The Ivy Edition offers a carefully curated selection that balances revered classics with modern refinement. Created by Group Executive Chef, Mark Askew, the menu reflects a deep respect for provenance, close relationships with specialist suppliers and a passion for expressive, impactful flavours.
“This menu is about creating moments that feel special,” says Askew. “From the first bite to the final course, every dish has been designed with intention. When guests cut into the Truffled Chicken Kiev or taste our bespoke Severn & Wye salmon, the attention to detail and quality is unmistakable.”
Central to The Ivy Edition is collaboration with outstanding producers. Severn & Wye has developed a bespoke smoked salmon exclusively for The Ivy Collection, while the distinctive floral sweetness of Black Bee Honey enhances the menu’s standout starter: a creamy Stracciatella, paired with crisp croutons and gently bitter leaves.
The main courses are confidently comforting yet refined. The Truffled Chicken Kiev offers a luxurious reinterpretation of a classic, filled with wild garlic butter and served alongside smooth, butter‑rich mashed potato. The Roasted Salmon Supreme provides a lighter option, complemented by a vibrant pink peppercorn hollandaise, while the Yellowfin Tuna Steak delivers a fresh, contemporary alternative.
Reflecting the breadth of the kitchen’s expertise, the menu also features a boldly spiced Keralan Vegetable Curry, bringing warmth, depth and global inspiration to the collection.
Desserts add an element of charm and theatre to close the experience. Guests may choose the timeless elegance of a Paris‑Brest, celebrating classic French pâtisserie, or indulge in the drama of The Ivy’s Signature Chocolate Bombe, melting at the table for a memorable finale.
