YO!, the Japanese street food and sushi restaurant will unveil its new Meadowhall restaurant, following the seven month refurbishment rolled out in Sheffield’s leading shopping centre.
Opening its doors Friday 6th October, YO! Meadowhall will seat up to 70 customers and offer shoppers the perfect spot for a quick lunch, a relaxed early evening meal with friends, or grab from their large range of hot and cold dishes to go.
The menu will feature a selection of dishes for everyone; from YO!’s best selling Chicken Katsu Curry to its award winning vegan version – Tofu Katsu Curry – a new arrival to the restaurant’s menu. There will also be smaller bites such as Sashimi, Sushi Rolls, Nigiri and Temaki.
On top of this, YO! will be introducing a range of seasonal dishes from 1st November, which will see a new selection of ‘Sumo-sized’ dishes being added to the menu.
Maintaining YO!’s focus on providing authentic handcrafted dishes; all plates are freshly prepared each day and served from the iconic ‘kaiten’ conveyor belt.
Robin Rowland, CEO of YO! said: “We’re very excited to be re-launching in Sheffield’s popular shopping and leisure centre. Following the refurbishment, we hope that the additional seating and new look of the restaurant will make it the ideal spot for shoppers to stop for a bite to eat, away from the hustle and bustle, especially in the lead up to Christmas!”
YO! Meadowhall will officially open its doors on Friday 6th October late afternoon.
