Yorkshire well represented in AA’s latest Restaurant Guide

The AA’s The Restaurant Guide 2022 has just been published and features no less than 77 Yorkshire restaurants including a Jacobean stately home once home to the Queen’s aunt (Goldsborough Hall, Goldsborough), a converted shipping container serving Scandinavian-Japanese fusion (JÖRO Restaurant, Sheffield) and the birthplace of a gunpowder plotter (Guy Fawkes Inn, York).

The Restaurant Guide 2022 (AA Media) seen by many as an invaluable guide to the UK and Ireland’s top dining destinations, featuring over 1,700 restaurants that have been awarded Rosettes for culinary excellence by the AA’s professional inspectors.

Now in its 28th edition, The Restaurant Guide 2022 provides food lovers with breakdowns of restaurants by county, including a detailed description of each destination, information on latest chef changes, opening times, sample menu prices and images of many of the featured locations. To assist those travelling to featured restaurants, the Guide also includes clear AA mapping of each region.

With the AA releasing no restaurant guide in 2020 for the first time 50 years, the AA Restaurant Guide returns with a blend of familiar favourites and more than 100 restaurants new to the guide since the previous edition. Exciting dining destinations to discover include: Davies and Brook, London W1; Where The Light Gets In, Stockport, Greater Manchester; and UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers, Glasgow. The Restaurant Guide 2022 also features all the latest Rosette winners announced this autumn, including: Mana, Manchester; Tuddenham Mill, Newmarket, Suffolk; and Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, London, SW1.
