Yorkshire residents and visitors are now able to get their hands on Peakz Caramel Crunchy Chocolate Squares after the product was launched into 58 Yorkshire Co-ops.
Vegan co-founders, Aalya and Linnea, created Peakz in 2015 as a way of shedding light on the effects of climate change and its impact on biodiversity across the world through their nutritious and wholegrain snacks, with Nanook – a young polar bear, whose adventures are a driving force behind the brand.
Peakz Caramel Crunchy Chocolate Squares are made from a delicate blend of caramel and chocolate, followed by a hint of sea salt to balance the flavours together on the palate. Each square is packed with Iron and B12, made without any palm oil or GMO ingredients, are free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are a perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day.
“We are super excited to be bringing an indulgent yet healthy snack to the Co-op consumer,” comments Peakz co-founder, Aalya. “It’s the perfect region for Peakz, our products are made in Hull, by a fantastic team of chocolatiers, who breathe life into our snacks – and the Co-op is a great launchpad for the brand and for people who are looking to indulge in a ‘naughty and nice’ snack.”
“Our healthier chocolate snacks are not only vegan-friendly and high in nutrients, but the high-quality chocolate is something that can be enjoyed by everyone seeking a delicious pick-me-up-treat, vegan or not.”Peakz co-founder Linnea adds.
Peakz Caramel is available in 58 Yorkshire Co-ops with an RRP: £1.10.
