Veg out in Leeds with the ‘ultimate’ Veganuary menu

Leeds has plenty to offer when it comes to meat-free options and now the Dry Dock and the Library have thrown their hats into the ring with their ‘ultimate’ Veganuary menus. Showcasing scrumptious options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, you’ll be fighting your friends for the last bite!

Start your day with the Vegan Breakfast or Vegan Breakfast Pot as the alternative to the classic options. Or why not make a resolution to go for something a little more daring and try the Topped Hash Brown Bars or Peanut Butter and Banana on Toast to cure the morning headaches?

For the main event, the Dry Dock and the Library’s vegan menus feature an extensive choice of mouth-watering dishes including the Vegan Grilled Sandwich, the plant-based meat-free Moving Mountains Hot Dog and Moving Mountains B12 Burger, a warming Soya Keema, a tempting Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Macaroni Bake, and, of course, Vegan Nachos (no obligation to share!). If you’re craving a winter barbeque instead, then look no further than the melt-in-your-mouth BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Kebab or original BBQ Jackfruit.

The side dishes are also vegan champions with the Cauliflower Wings and Sweet Chili Cauliflower Wings giving the meat variety a run for its money! If wings aren’t your style, stick to the classic fries but make sure you try the Sweet Potato Fries, Smoky Soya Fries or loaded BBQ Jackfruit Fries.

If you still have room for a treat, try the deliciously decadent Chocolate Salted Caramel Torte, guaranteed to be unmissable! Whatever you’re looking for, the Dry Dock and the Library have your Veganuary needs neatly nobbled!
