Highlighting the very best seasonal ingredients, the menu balances timeless classics with contemporary twists designed to delight every palate. The 26 Collection presents a specially crafted starter and main course for just £26, offering a taste of exceptional dining at remarkable value. Those celebrating a birthday can enjoy The 26 Collection on the house when dining with friends or family.
Also included are items from Restaurant Bar & Grill’s all-new expertly crafted Lighter Bites menu, comprising dishes designed for smaller appetites without any compromise on flavour.
This February, guests marking a birthday are invited to dine on a complimentary basis at all Restaurant Bar & Grill venues. The celebrant may enjoy two courses from the 26 Collection for lunch or dinner, any day of the week, making the occasion truly memorable.
The Collection 26 starters include Lighter Bite dish Miso Roast Leeks, a harmonious fusion of East-meets-West flavours, served with miso and chive salsa, toasted walnuts, and a delicate sesame and purple shiso dressing. For a more indulgent start, the Korean Fried Chicken is accompanied by a rich sesame and gochujang soy sauce, offering a bold and satisfying flavour experience.
Main courses celebrate elevated classics and contemporary twists alike. Fish and Chips are served with mushy peas and house-made tartare sauce, while the Ultimate Angus Beef Burger brings together a juicy beef patty, braised ox cheek, melted raclette cheese, a crisp hash brown, caramelised onions, brioche bun, and spicy burger sauce, served with golden fries. The menu also includes a hearty Vegan Cottage Pie, crafted from slow-cooked seasonal vegetables and mushrooms, topped with creamy mashed potato and sage-and-onion crisps.
Birthday guests looking to enjoy a complimentary meal must dine from The 26 Collection. Other guests can dine from a menu of their choosing. Available on bookings four or more only until 31st March.
