New spring menu arrives at The Orchard at Grantley Hall

Heralding the changing of the season, award-winning five-star North Yorkshire hotel, Grantley Hall, has launched its new spring menu in The Orchard, its relaxing day-to-night dining offering.

Just one of several alfresco dining locations at the luxury property, The Orchard is set within a stunning sailcloth marquee. Located on the West Terrace with beautiful views overlooking the manicured gardens of the West Lawns, The Orchard offers a relaxed space to enjoy with loved ones this summertime.

The new menu compliments the arrival of spring by offering light and refreshing options, such as an array of succulent seafood dishes, with everything from king prawns and Whitby lobster to chargrilled swordfish; with many of the dishes on the menu designed with sharing in mind, it makes the perfect place to enjoy with friends and family.

Executive Chef, Simon Crannage, recommends the mouth-watering surf and turf platter for two; however, there are plenty of other tantalising options on the menu to whet your appetite, including a variety of dry-aged premium steak cuts perfectly cooked to your liking, or lighter options such as fresh and crisp salads.

Bookings are only essential for dining and The Orchard welcomes guests (both hotel residents and non-residents) who would just like to enjoy a relaxed drink or two.

The Orchard is now open until the start of the winter season, when it will take on a new concept. Open Monday – Thursday for lunch 12pm – 3pm and drinks available until 10pm; Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays act as an all-day drinking and dining location with food served 12pm – 9pm and drinks a little later until 10pm.
