North Star Coffee Shop’s mouth-watering Easter Sundae Brunch will be served at the coffee shop from Good Friday to Easter Monday, from 9am to 3pm.
Following the success of their sweet sundae brunch offering for Mother’s Day, Noisette Bakehouse are back with another tantalising offering of French toast, pancakes and hot cross bun ice cream.
Diners can enjoy brunch dishes along with a cup of North Star Roast’s House Blend, recently renamed as ‘The Docks’ with a nod to Leeds Dock being home to their roastery and coffee academy since 2016 – and now the coffee shop. The Docks, has delicious notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts and hints of tangerine – perfect for Easter!
Anyone on the lookout for gifts for chocolate-lovers can pick up some chocolate goodies in their general store, which features producers from around the world. From carefully crafted bars by Cocoa Runners, to milk chocolate bars from Chocolate Bonnat (smooth bars made in the classic French style), as well as award-winning milk chocolate from Duffy’s, handmade here in the UK. There’s also Akesson’s 43% white chocolate made from beans harvested in Madagascar and Blanxart’s 72% dark chocolate made with cocoa from the Dominican Republic – and of course, sourdough and sea salt chocolate bars from Pump Street Bakery.
