Weekends at the Feversham Arms Hotel just got a little bit more special as the hotel relaunches its Sunday Lunch offering with a brand new menu.
The Helmsley hotel, which is home to the 2 AA Rosette restaurant The Weathervane, has created the sumptuous new menu to expand its already popular dining offering and welcome a new wave of guests to the hotel during the busy weekend period.
Having previously offered its equally tempting Lounge Lunch menu all through the week, this new menu includes a variety of dishes aimed at the traditional family occasion, so there’s sure to be something to whet every appetite. Guests can enjoy two courses for £24 or three courses for £28.
Starters include cream of celeriac soup with toasted hazelnuts and burkes blue cheese, pressing of ham hock and a modern take on the classic take prawn cocktail with king prawn tempura.
Diners can then feast on roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, Skrie cod or wild mushroom risotto, followed by a Bramley apple crumble, sticky date cake, lemon tart or continental cheese board if there’s any room left!
Bobby Polkey, Group Marketing Manager at the Feversham Arms Hotel, said: “We’re really excited to be relaunching our Sunday Lunch menu this month. A traditional Sunday lunch holds a special place in so many of our hearts, so it’s great to have this to offer guests and visitors alike.
“While Sundays have always been a busy day for us, this new menu with delicious new dining options will hopefully attract an even wider audience to the hotel and restaurant. With so many people visiting Helmsley as a destination, we hope they’ll make us part of their day out and join us for a special Sunday Lunch.”
Sunday Lunch is served every Sunday from 12.30pm-3pm.
