Launched just in time for the Bank Holiday weekend, Leeds’ newest Mediterranean bar and restaurant, The Banksia, has revealed its brand-new bottomless brunch menu.
Blending its bold flavours and vibrant colours, the menu brings brunch dishes to the city of Leeds with a Mediterranean twist, along with a range of cocktails to enjoy for 90 minutes.
Available every weekend and including bank holidays from 11am-5pm, diners can indulge in a brunch dish of their choice from the exclusive bottomless brunch menu, and enjoy bottomless drinks with a choice of Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, Grolsch and Cornish Orchard for £40 per person. There are also a range of soft drink options for those opting for an alcohol-free brunch, which includes a range of soft drinks, fresh juices and mocktails such as a Virgin Pornstar and Tiki Total.
Guests can expect old-world Mediterranean flavours mixed with local produce, choosing from tasty brunch showstoppers with savoury options including Turkish Eggs with smoked bacon or chorizo, the Banksia Burger (lamb kofta and feta, beef kofta with smoked mozzarella or halloumi burger, rose harissa and zhoug) served with fries, and Chickpea Fritters.
Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in Buttermilk Pancakes with a choice of toppings: Nutella and Banana, Maple Syrup and Smoked Bacon or Lemon Ricotta, Orange Compote and Candied Pistachio.
For those looking to amplify their bottomless drinks, for an additional £10 supplement, guests can choose from a wider range of options including a Bellini (peach, strawberry and passionfruit), Paloma, Pornstar Martini, Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Spicy Margarita.
