Bill’s Leeds reopens with vibrant new look

Bill’s Restaurant and Bar launches a new look for Bill’s Leeds with a grand re-opening today (Tuesday 30 April). Whilst staying true to its roots, the restaurant has undergone a transformation. Leeds will have an impressive new bar where guests will be able to enjoy delicious drinks with friends and unwind from the day.

Leeds is well known for its vibrant nightlife and to reflect this the bar will be open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. Guests will be able to come and enjoy a cocktail and a sharing plate until the early hours making it the perfect spot to enjoy a night out with friends.

The restaurant has also had an incredible revamp to their private dining room which can fit up to 40 guests. It is the perfect party venue to meet friends and family while enjoying healthy and indulgent food and delicious drinks in your own private room.

Bill Collison, Founder of Bill’s, says: “Good quality food in a welcoming environment has always been at the core of Bill’s, which we why we felt a fresh new look for Leeds was necessary. We are proud to create restaurants that are full of vibrant colour and vintage trinkets, many of which I have handpicked myself. I believe that the new look transcends all dining times which will only enhance our diners experience and showcase our food and drink offering, so join us for dinner when the restaurant comes alive, the lights are turned down and the beautiful candles flicker.”

Although the restaurant interiors have had a revamp, the food is still at the very core of every Bill’s restaurant, with the group recently enhancing their evening offering. The menu has always had a strong emphasis on vegetarian food and fresh produce which stems from founder Bill Collison’s days as a greengrocer and the basis of his first restaurant in Lewes. They have introduced seasonal changes to their menus and new evening specials with dishes such as Steak and Rarebit Pie and Vegan Black Bean Chilli, a new dinner set menu with fantastic nightly specials including Lamb Shank with Truffled Mash. They have also improved their cocktail offering with drinks including Bill’s Collins Wyborowa Vodka, rhubarb liqueur, raspberry syrup and lime juice and Hedgerow Fizz – Wild Sussex elderflower cordial topped with prosecco. 

From Friday 3 May they will be hosting weekly Friday live music nights at the venue with fantastic local musicians – the perfect way to unwind from the week and enjoy delicious food and drinks with friends and family.
