With a delightful array of sweet and savoury treats – think Salmon Brioche with ponzu gel, a miso butter coronation chicken, “The Lantern” – a rice custard, pandam, lime leaf treat, and a choux craquelin with black sesame cremeaux and Sichuan pepper.
