Trinity Kitchen in Leeds has launched an irresistible new rotation of street‑food vendors, serving up everything from bold fusion flavours to comforting classics. Featuring Pan‑Asian fried chicken, authentic Canadian poutine, slow‑cooked Italian favourites and more, the latest line‑up promises dishes guaranteed to put a smile on every guest’s face.

From today (Monday 30th March), visitors can enjoy a fresh mix of Trinity Kitchen favourites including Jimmy Macks, Luigi Street Food Italiano, Spuds & Bro’s, Wagyu Lookin’ At? and Yoi Fried Chicken, all taking pride of place at the heart of Leeds’ vibrant food scene.

Flavour-packed vendors arriving this spring

Yoi Fried Chicken

Serving up colourful, flavour-forward bao buns filled with crispy Pan‑Asian chicken, creamy sauces and crunchy garnishes. Guests can also enjoy indulgent burgers layered with authentic Asian sauces, perfectly paired with hot, fluffy fries.


Wagyu Lookin’ At?

Back with its signature Yorkshire Wagyu smashed patties, loaded dirty fries and 12–16 hour smoked meats, this popular vendor elevates comfort food to a new level. Now operating a fully gluten‑free kitchen, it’s a must‑visit for burger lovers.


Jimmy Macks

A returning crowd-pleaser, Jimmy Macks brings its much-loved slow-cooked tacos and iconic dipping sauces. Guests can also tuck into loaded fries in flavours such as Korean BBQ brisket or lemon and herb.


Luigi Street Food Italiano

Offering its standout slow‑cooked beef ragu, bechamel and parmesan lasagne, Luigi also serves a range of authentic focaccia sandwiches filled with slow‑cooked pulled pork, grilled chicken caesar or a classic caprese option.


Spuds & Bro’s

Perfect for fans of true Canadian poutine, Spuds & Bro’s loads freshly cut skin‑on fries with toppings including fried chicken, pulled pork and smoky bacon, all finished with rich homemade gravy. Vegetarian and vegan options are available too.
