When Edo Sushi opened, it had a menu of over 100 dishes, with the usual sashimi and nigiri alongside more adventurous fusion dishes. Over the years, the menu has been refined to a list of 65 popular dishes, many of which are now available at Candlebar.
To go with the venue’s extensive range of real ales, craft beers, lagers and wines, a selection of Japanese drinks, with six rice wines and 12 Japanese whiskeys, have also been added to the offering. Kirin Ichiban has also been added to the range of 14 keg beers and four hand-pulled pumps (with 30 more beers in the fridge, just for good measure).
The official relaunch is today (Friday 7 April) so be sure to get down to Granary Wharf to check the offering for yourself.
