For the first time, Six by Nico is introducing a brand new four-course lunch menu starting at only £20, ideal for impromptu summer lunches with friends and family. Diners will be treated to the amuse-bouche and dessert, with the freedom to choose between the second or third course for their starter, and the fourth or fifth for their main course. This lunch menu will be available during the mid-week from 12pm to 4pm, and guests can also opt for a special wine pairing to enhance their dining experience.
The menu promises a culinary excursion along the Amalfi Coast, featuring authentic starters such as the refined Pomodori Antichi, accompanied by a green olive tapenade, salted lemon, lovage emulsion, and whipped ricotta. Celebrated for its exceptionally fresh seafood, the Amalfi’s fish course is a highlight; Pollock Nero is served with bagna cauda, zucchini, braised fennel, and a basil dressing. For dessert, patrons can indulge in Six by Nico’s interpretation of the traditional Delizia al Limone, composed of lemon mousseline, polenta cake, caramelized white chocolate, and yogurt sorbet.
Andrew Temple, Chief Creative Officer, commented on the menu: “We’re hoping to evoke that feeling of summer and transport our guests straight to Italy when they’re dining with us on the Amalfi Coast menu.
“It’s not hard to find inspiration from such a beautiful coastline as we look to transport our guests straight to the Mediterranean throughout the experience.”
Six by Nico accommodates all dietary needs, providing a complete vegetarian menu alongside each new menu concept. Additionally, customers have the option to exchange dishes from the standard menu for vegetarian alternatives. Upon request, the restaurant can also address other dietary preferences and specific allergens, guaranteeing a delightful dining experience for all patrons.
