Havana 3yr Rum is shaken with Briottet Crème de Cacao, Crème de Menthe, Butterscotch Schnapps, double cream, dark chocolate pencils & fresh mint leaves, garnished with an After Eight mint slice
CHRISTMAS CHEER
Bols Genever & Tanqueray Gin are shaken with Cherry Heering liqueur, homemade raspberry syrup, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, pomegranate juice & orange bitters
MINCE CHAI
Bold London Spirit is shaken with Bitter Truth Pimento Dram, gingerbread syrup, chai tea syrup, pressed apple juice, egg white, citric acid & Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters
QUINCE & WALNUT OLD FASHIONED
Jim Beam Bourbon is stirred over ice with Manzanilla Sherry, Mandarin Napoleon liqueur, quince jelly, muddled walnuts, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters & Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters.
To help jolly things along even further, Dirty Martini has also put together a platter of treats with a distinctly Christmassy flavour that includes beef & cheese sliders with bloody Mary ketchup, mini Yorkshire pudding stuffed with turkey & cranberry sauce, grilled garlic & prawn skewers, and cranberry & brie wonton.

The five handpicked cocktails each brought something different to the table but our personal favourite was the Mince Chai offering with its delicious blend of festive flavours. It’s like drinking liquid Christmas. The platter was also a very pleasant way of soaking up some of the alcohol with the bloody Mary ketchup providing a lovely kick to proceedings.
